MaximizeFitness and The Heart of Holistic Health have joined forces to bring community spirit to the heart of Ongar at The Budworth Hall

Our Focus “Keep Moving”

Our purpose is to help you live an active life keeping your independence. Exercise can improve strength, flexibility, range of movement and restore the body from injury and effects of disability. Mobility is a key component to our overall health and wellbeing.

Please note our advanced classes participants must be able to stand and move during the session without needing to do some of it seated.

Being able to do the things in life that give you enjoyment and enhances your emotional and mental wellbeing is paramount.

  • Improve your strength and balance.
  • Give you more energy.
  • Improve mood.
  • Improve cognitive function.
  • Prevent/delay disease, ie. heart disease, diabetes, osteoporosis.

We are passionate about improving your strength, stamina and health, and in providing a space for meeting like minded people. Don’t live with aches and pains. We are here to support you to live the best life possible!

Sessions:

Every Tuesday 10-11am or 11-12pm FREE

Advanced Session Friday 12-1pm £5 per session
