A deeply restorative evening of sound healing with sacred drum, gong, and crystal bowls, designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and guide you into deep relaxation and inner balance.

We begin the evening by gathering together to slowly sip warming hawthorn tea whilst setting gentle intentions for the journey ahead, before gently cleansing the space with sage to clear and soften the energy. 🤍

Held in our beautiful Healing Lounge at Angel Wellness Retreat, this immersive experience invites you to slow down, reconnect, restore, and simply receive.

Through vibration, frequency, and stillness, you’ll be gently guided into a meditative state where the body can soften, the mind can quieten, and the nervous system can fully exhale.

The journey is then beautifully completed with a delicate rose water grounding spray to leave you feeling calm, centred, and restored. ✨
