Ongar Squash and Racketball Club

We are a small but ambitious club located in Ongar. Home to fresh and bright courts, that have recently been renovated, we are a busy club with a really active membership.  

New members are always welcome at our friendly squash club. Our membership year runs from the 1st January to the 31st December, and membership gives you access to the all the club facilities plus the Ongar Sports & Social Club located next door. 

Weekly Clubs – If you’re still fairly new to the game or looking to meet social players, then our weekly clubs are ideal for you. We host Squash & Racketball Clubs each week on the following days: Racketball Club – Monday’s from 19:20; Squash Club – Wednesday’s from 19.20.  

For our intermediate players we run internal leagues that are played throughout the year on a six weekly basis. Each division consists of five/six players and it’s a round robin each month. Every month your total points get placed in our Order of Merit table. The winner of this is given free membership for the following year so it is definitely worth entering!! We are very proud to compete in Division One of the Essex Squash Leagues. Our home matches are on Thursday evenings starting at 19:20, and it would be great to see members supporting the team.
